With a quality boat ramp located less than 1 mile from the house, you can have your boat in the water in no time and return to the comfort of your vacation home. And with additional parking and a children's playground and pavilion located at the community boat ramp, everyone in your group is sure to have a great time

Dining room seats 6, with an additional 3 at the bar. Also, downstairs seats 6 at a table and 3 at the bar. On the porch there are two 6-top tables. Bedrooms 1-3 are on the main level. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are downstairs.

Relax on the screened in porch OR outside while playing cornhole or croquet. Enjoy the fire pit in the evening.

Only 4 steps down to the dock. Dock has 2 slips available and there are kayaks in the garage for you to explore the beauty of Smith Lake.

Six bedrooms/ 5 bathrooms. Sleeps 14 in beds and maximum occupancy of 15.

Bedroom 5: Queen size bed downstairs. (Additional sleeping on fold-out ottoman downstairs (1 person).

Bedroom 6: Mother-in-law Suite, located above garage: Queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette and living area with couch and twin size bed.


Pet-Friendly home (under 35 lbs.). Owner provides a crate. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum.

Two bicycles for guest’s use. Must be returned to the garage after use.

Kayaks for guests’ use. Must be returned to their storage place in the garage after use.

Security cameras: Located outside facing out from the house.

Wifi Internet provided.
