We had a pet room on the first floor which we requested, but the room had a connecting door to the next room. In most hotels or cruise ships that have this, there is no problem with sound issues. Nice room but the tv remote was missing batteries, the hot tub wouldn't get hot and the radio on the wall was broken. Other then that it was okay. But one of the main reasons we got the room was for the hot tub which didn't work.

The cabin was awesome. Very accessible The hot tub was wonderful and hot upon arrival. The bathrooms floors were heated which was wonderful when getting out of the shower. Josh was amazing. Very available and helpful. Questions were answered quickly with solutions
