It is charming and spacious villa of 130sq.m with large spaces and a bright living room facing to the south. This luxurious two-story villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms can provide accommodation for up to six people. The combination of tall wooden ceilings and large glass doors allows a stunning view on the sea, the Rio-Antirio bridge, a small picturesque church and the Peloponnesian mountains.
“It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

This villa is an absolute smart home, renovated with today’s highest standards of house construction and accomplishes the in-out living perfectly.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with a fireplace and a 55” television, an open spaced kitchen with an island fully equipped with branded built-in electrical devices, a dedicated multimedia workspace, and a built-in "nock" couch all in the same open space.
There is also a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a double doored closet, a bathroom with two sinks and an in-out shower with multiple water ejectors. Finally there is an extraordinary WC, a large walk-in closet and a laundry room. On the second floor (attic) there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 hammock beds, a desk with a bookcase and a roof window that offers a unique view and brightens up the place.
