Its central location allows you to walk to all the main attractions, including the church in Piazza S. Paolo, the famous Dogliani wineries, and the Langhe’s Giant Bench #13.
Ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends; an excellent base for visiting Alba, Barolo, and Monforte.

The Space
The accommodations are designed to make guests feel pampered; located on the top floor, it features an exclusive terrace; offering a magnificent view of the Church of Saints Chirico and Paolo, the surrounding hills, and the centrally located Piazza Carlo Alberto.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need, including a wide range of appliances such as a microwave, a spacious refrigerator, a freezer, a tea kettle, and a coffee maker; there is also a very comfortable sofa where you can relax after a good lunch.

The bedroom opens directly onto the balcony and features a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a mattress topper; you’ll also find a large closet for storing your clothes and a spacious dresser.

The living room is perfect for wine lovers; you’ll find a dedicated area for tasting local wines. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed.

Rounding out our apartment is a very bright bathroom where you’ll find everything you need, including shampoo, soap, a hair dryer, towels, and a washing machine.

The penthouse features 3 air conditioners—both for heating and cooling—controlled by a remote, making it suitable for all seasons.

Guest Access
The apartment is accessed through the building’s main entrance located in the square. You will be given the keys in person so that we can provide some tips to help you make the most of your stay.

Other Things to Keep in Mind
The tourist tax must be paid at thebeginning of your stay and amounts to €1.50 per day per person
