The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, you will find a playroom. The upper floor consists of an entrance hall with air conditioning, a room with a double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the balcony, as well as another room with a double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level.
