"Hotel was close to airport. Breakfast was included. Restaurant nearby."

"Cheap"

"I like that it's close to the airport. What I don't like: 1. Room service - served in a paperbag? When you're paying $60 for a salad and a Pelegrino, you expect more. Maybe even croutons or bread. 2. Gym was OK. Could be updated. 3. Check in was tough. I made the reservation over a week ago but it wasn't in the system. Yes, I made it through Expedia but that was because I was told you were booked. However, Expedia had rooms, so I grabbed one. 4. People expect better television capabilities...

"We were excited for this stay as we went beyond budget a little bit to stay here for one night of our trip while we explored the north end of Boston. Check in was wonderful, the valet staff was great and front desk friendly but nothing real informative. Our room was ok, honestly expected more from what my booking described. We barely had a water view and that was something we paid extra for. The doors on the bathroom were broke, we couldn’t get them to close. It was just my daughter and I so no...

"La limpieza del cuarto deficiente la hicieron 1 sola vez y tuvimos que pedir que nos llevaran shampoo y jabon porque no habia"

"Pros- staff was friendly, breakfast was good Cons- Hotel room was not clean. Shower clearly had not been cleaned, and there was hair in it. Hotel needs updates. Ceiling was bubbling up, mold was present. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. If you like to get a good night sleep this hotel is not for you. Bed was terrible! Also you can hear every plane and train going by. The train makes noise every hour. Woke up out of my sleep. Would not stay here again"

"If you’re staying for a day or two, it’s an okay option, but a week or longer would be torture. When we arrived, the room was supposed to be clean, but it wasn’t; it smelled terrible, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and the floor wasn’t clean either. They moved us to another room, but that one didn’t smell much better. The staff isn’t very attentive to guests unless you approach them directly. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, but they don’t mention that if your departure is in the...

"All was good."

"No one came to clean the room unless it was requested. When it was cleaned they did not remove the garbage. And the bath gel dispenser was inoperable."

"Great place! Close to lots of good places and amazing friendly staff."

"What a special place! We loved the big spacious room, with very comfortable beds and the lovely view of the water and boats. We will be back!"
