A great walk and spectacular view from all angles. The halo lights up at night and is worth going up as the sun is setting and staying as it sets and the halo lights up.
Another East Lancs Panopticon. This reminds me of a spaceship....and does actually light up at night. Views of Rossendale. We walked up from the Whitaker Museum and park in Rawtenstall, following the Shoe Trail. #stunningstructures
