"The hotel itself was not bad, but unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely disappointing.
The pool area appeared to be taken over by large groups of people who did not seem to be staying at the hotel. There were multiple families, often groups of 10 or more, rotating in and out of the pool area. It felt as though the pool was being used by outside visitors rather than reserved for paying hotel guests.
The front desk staff was polite during check-in, but I find it hard to believe...

"This was a great place to stay. We had a suite and it was quiet and very comfortable. The only complaint was that the coffee was lukewarm. I am sure that it probably was an isolated incident. I will say that the Kreurig coffee in the rooms was an added treat. Overall it was a great stay."

"The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door....
