  • Summit Ski Chalet es una gran casa privada. Hermosas vistas a la montaña desde grandes ventanales. Es fundamental para todo. Jacuzzi privado y lote grande. Un gran lugar para entretener a un grupo divertido. Este 5 dormitorios, 5 baños duerme 15. Una hermosa cocina de losa de granito con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor del nivel principal con capacidad para 6. Pantalla plana, sofás de cuero, QSS y chimeneas a gas en las dos salas de estar. Gran envoltura alrededor de la cubierta. Patio con gran jacuzzi privado. WiFi gratuito y cable. El dormitorio principal del piso principal tiene rey. Dos baños completos en la planta principal, uno con lavadora y secadora. Dormitorio de invitados arriba tiene rey y terraza privada. Segundo dormitorio de invitados arriba tiene reina. Baño completo en planta alta. El dormitorio de invitados del nivel del jardín tiene literas tamaño queen / twin, pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora, y ba��o privado con ducha y retrete. Cuarto dormitorio de invitados tiene una litera doble con nido doble y pantalla plana. Sala de baño completo en el nivel del jardín. Las vistas a la montaña y al valle son increíbles. En una calle tranquila en la subdivisión Piney Acres en Dillon. Menos de 5 minutos al supermercado, REI, artículos deportivos, alquiler de esquís y snowboards, parques, restaurantes y dos cervecerías. En verano, en menos de 5 minutos se llega al nuevo Anfiteatro Dillon de $ 8 millones con espectáculos de junio a septiembre o al puerto deportivo Dillon con lancha a motor, velero, kayak, alquiler de SUP y el bar Tiki a orillas del lago. Todos los viernes de verano a lo largo del lago pasear el mercado de los agricultores. Disfrute de los parques de Dillon, los patios de recreo y la ruta recreativa junto al lago. En el invierno son solo 10 minutos de Keystone, 20 minutos de Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutos de Copper Mountain o Breckenridge y 35 minutos de Vail. This was our second time staying at the property and we love being able to grill our own meals and enjoy the view from the deck! Great location and nice to be able to bring our dog.

This place was fantastic, and the management was very communicative. Would stay here again. Super cozy home with a lovely fireplace located in a nice quiet neighborhood for walking the dog, but also still centrally located not too far from the interstate. I like how the house had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices and seasonings, etc, for making meals.
Our little dog loved relaxing by the glass front doors!

The space provided & amenities included with our VRBO booking were excellent for a family ski trip! We utilized the hot tub more than once, and were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us on this trip!

I know they were upfront about the stairs but the stairs are uneven, steep and rickety, the stairs and deck need a lot of maintenance. Once inside it was clean and comfortable though. Lots of room.

Great cabin in Dillon!

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a weekend ski trip with some friends. A short drive to multiple resorts. The wrap around deck has amazing views of the mountains. Would stay again!

Excellent Stay for Labor Day!

Our weekend at this lovely property was great. The listing is spot on with the description and everything was very neat and clean. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the quiet community. Easy walk to Lake Dillon and the amphitheater. Everything was perfect!

Nice Property

The condo was great, lots of room, very nice, I think the carpet upstairs was very, very new. Just a really good property, just be prepared to climb some stairs.

Summit Ski Chalet in the fall

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property for 6 people and a dog! The deck view was incredible, the beds were nice, the location was perfect 5 minutes to town but it felt secluded, and the space to include the hot tub and fire pit area were wonderful.

Nice place for a summer mt biking get-away

This property had everything we needed—and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. Just a heads-up, if you bring a dog you will have to go up or down a flight of stairs to take it out. It’s also a big flight of stairs from the parking spot to the main entrance when unloading and loading your car.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay! There were lots of towels, dish soap, and garbage bags. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is great....easy access to everything. My only complaint is we don't remember seeing in the description that this house is on a well. We only got that notification a few days before our stay. Every shower, dishwashing, and laundry felt like it needed to be planned and the fear of running out of water with 6 people was ever present. We didn't ever run out, but it was an annoying concern on vacation. Overall, great stay! Good communication with rental agency.

we had no hot water the first day and night which was unpleasant. The house is outdated, needs some TLC, floor boards in the stairs leading to the entrance are loose, don't walk barefoot on the deck. The downstairs King bed is hard as a rock to sleep on, about the only good things about this place, it had a great hot tub and the location was ideal, I would not stay here again.

Multigenerational Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly had a wonderful stay at this property with family members ranging in age from 2 to 68, plus our dog. The location is excellent, and the layout worked very well for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We were initially concerned about the well water system based on previous reviews, but it ended up being a non-issue as long as we followed the property management's recommendations regarding shower timing.There are a few maintenance items that should be addressed to improve safety for future guests:1) The stairs leading to the front door are somewhat unstable, with a few loose boards that should be repaired or replaced.2) There are several raised or loose boards on the deck that create potential tripping hazards.3) The child/pet gate at the bottom of the stairs was broken and unusable during our stay.4) The north door only remains securely closed when the deadbolt is engaged and appears to need a new latch.A few additional notes for future guests: you may want to bring extra dish towels, as only two were provided, which was challenging for a larger group. We also found that we needed more drinking water for the water cooler than what was supplied, though this was a minor inconvenience.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again. The maintenance items noted above are relatively minor and primarily safety-related. As long as guests are attentive, they are manageable, but addressing them would further enhance an already enjoyable experience. The location, space, and overall accommodations made for a fantastic family getaway.

Family Get Away

The house was clean and close to what we needed. I would agree with prior review, the deck sways a lot and could use some tic. Disappointed that the jacuzzi water was green and was not useable. If you offer that then it should be taken care off and cleaned regularly. Other than that it fit our needs.

Wonderful home- great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable home slightly off the beaten path. Easy to get to trails. Very clean and all the amenities. One quick note- lots of stairs to navigate, which was tough for my older pup who was dealing with a bad shoulder. I had to carry her up and down the stairs to get to the yard and to the car. But once Summit Resort Group learned of her illness/injury - they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported.

The bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and fireplace were cozy, and we enjoyed being together in the open kitchen -dining room. The hot tub was terrific!!!There were a few issues with the dishwasher and coffee pot. Both need to be replaced or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. We would definitely rent again!

Great location in Dillon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was accurately described. Very helpful having three full bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The wraparound porch and downstairs porch had plenty of seating and the view was amazing. The location was great for concerts or farmer's mkt and good fo getting out to Breckenridge or silverthorne. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away. The only negative was no screens on windows. With no AC, opening windows is a must and in the evening we did have flying bugs come in.

Charming Cozy Cabin

Board games for evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside in the snow. Our family dog had plenty of space to run in the backyard (fyi not fenced). Be very careful on the winter roads by the house- definitely drive the longer way that the leasing office tells you to. 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn and less than 5 mins to grocery, bakery, liquor stores, bowling etc... it was great! Will definitely stay again!!
