A beautiful, newly remodeled private bedroom and bathroom on the shores of Lake Dillon is the perfect basecamp for all your skiing and snowshoeing adventures. This fully equipped 2nd floor room is a stand-alone bedroom and bathroom off a shared foyer/mud room. Enjoy privacy and self-check-in with an electronic, wi-fi enabled lock. Room includes a memory foam queen bed, high-speed wi-fi, a ceiling fan, a microwave, a mini-fridge with freezer, and a 42” TV with Apple TV to access all your streaming platforms. Additionally, there is a fully equipped coffee/tea station with everything you need to get your day started or wind down your evening. The bathroom includes a well-lit vanity with a separate toilet room and a stand-up shower with an adjustable hand shower. All linens, towels, and travel toiletries included. Just outside your room, you can enjoy views of Lake Dillon and the mountains of the Ten Mile range. Free parking is just steps from the entry.

Ronnie and Sara's property could not have been better! It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a trip away in the mountains. The lake is right there and is absolutely stunning. The unit was fully equipped with a great heater in the bathroom, extremely comfortable bed, great TV and even a coffee machine! There is also two beers and two soft drinks which we enjoyed! The communication was superb. We had a couple of hiccups with our scheduling and the hosts were extremely communicative, helpful, generous and supportive. We will definitely come back and look forward to staying here again.

This quaint space was perfect for a stay after a concert at Dillon Amphitheater. It was about a 4 minute drive and 15 minute walk. The space was extremely clean and had all the extras we needed for our stay (fridge, microwave, coffee, etc). The hosts were very friendly and even had our concert music playing when we arrived. We will definitely book this spot again!

Perfect spot for a quick overnight! The space was just right for the two of us and made our trip to the amphitheatre so easy and enjoyable. First impressions were amazing—the hosts had music playing on a Bluetooth speaker tied to the concert we were heading to, which immediately set the vibe. The accommodations were comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and felt like an elevated experience compared to a hotel room. Communication with the hosts was excellent, making everything seamless.We loved the walk along the lake and through the marina to the amphitheatre, and on the way back, we stopped on the docks to soak in the stars—an unforgettable ending to the night. Highly recommend!

Concert at Dillion Amphitheatre

My husband and I came up for a concert at the Dillion Amphitheatre and this was the perfect little spot! The property was right on the lake and a short walk to the venue. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and even let us check in a little early which helped us not feel so rushed before the show. The room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was also super comfy! We will absolutely stay again if coming for another concert in the future and next time will bring our paddle boards!

Great place for a short term stay on Lake Dillon!

Ronnie is a very thoughtful and communicative host! Although this is just a “room”, duly noted on the listing, it is well stocked with extras like craft beer in the fridge, quality bath products in the shower and a great coffee/tea bar. He graciously let us check in early which was an added bonus. It’s a great location for a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater although the walk back in the dark was a bit tricky. Those flashlights on the iPhones don’t do much. Not Ronnie’s problem.

Efficient and user friendly

Ronnie has a great spot here. We walked to a concert at Dillon amphitheater and it was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were closed. The apartment was easy to let ourselves in. It was exactly as described- very clean with thoughtful touches.

Mountain Lake Retreat

Stayed last minute when we planned to go to the concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. Location was very close. Room was very clean was had little touches that made our stay great. Will try to stay again during ski season as this is also a short drive to Keystone. Would definitely recommend for a couple weekend getaway! Thank you

Super Close to Dillon Ampitheater!

We were in town for a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. This condo is an easy 10-15 min walk down a gorgeous path to get to the amphitheater. It was clean and comfortable. Check in/out was very simple. Will definitely be staying here again for our next show!

This property was misrepresented by Expedia. It was shown as a condo. Turns out it was one small room to be rented off the main entry of a condo whose owners were there for the weekend. These owners were not aware that their room had been rented because they rent through VRBO, NOT EXPEDIA! They Had no idea how this had occurred. I left the property immediately it all felt very uncomfortable. I do expect a total refund from Expedia! Sincerely, Susan

Sweet Suite

This was a lovely suite that was close enough to the Dillon Amphitheater for us to walk to our concert. It was typical for accommodations in the mountains near Denver (A/C is opening the window at night). My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay -- easy in and out!
