Condo Within Walking Distance to Dining & Marina & Mins from Ski Resorts!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 and features high-end finishes throughout. Interior by Studio-Lea, an award-winning Denver design firm. The "Lil Loft on the Lake" is in a brand new complex and features two primary suites, one with a king bed, and private laundry. The balcony offers beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes.

The living area offers a large sectional and a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. Enjoy the mountain views from the corner windows. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area seats ten with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining area is the private balcony offering outdoor seating and breathtaking alpine and lake views.

The first primary suite is just off the living area and features a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bunk bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own entrance to the guest bathroom for the main level. This bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Upstairs the loft offers an Olympic queen-sized sleeper sofa and a mounted flat screen TV. There's also a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. The second primary suite is just down the hall and features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower.

For your convenience, there is reserved underground parking and a private locker for gear including skis, boots and coats.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

This place was great. It had everything we needed. It was clean, kitchen was equipped,... Location is great. It's 20-30 minutes drive to Loveland, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper. Stores and restaurants are minutes away.

The condo was very clean and spacious for our girls’ trip. Having three full bathrooms was a plus. The heated tile floors were a welcomed surprise in the lower level bathrooms. The only kitchen appliance we missed was a Keurig coffee maker. The location was perfect for day trips to Georgetown and Breckenridge.

WONDERFUL PLACE!

This condo delivered everything it promised. It was immaculate, the decor updated and fresh, had a great kitchen and high-quality cookware, and more. The layout allows both togetherness and privacy. The beds were super-comfortable. It was so nice to have garage parking during the snowstorms that blew through during our stay. We travel frequently to CO and certainly will stay again in this great condo!!

Communication with management was not prompt .

Management was moving from email to texting, I felt we were caught in middle. Direct to enter and access house key were correct, however instructions that said passes were in locker were incorrect, we found passes in the condo. Our attempts to sign into internet did not work, nor did anyone respond to our texts about no internet , unanswered for over 2 days.

Amazing Place to Stay in Dillon

This property was perfect. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your stay in Dillon. The building feels new and nice inside and solidly constructed. High ceilings, lots of windows and never heard anything through the floors or walls. Inside the unit feels very nice and updated. All of the beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the unit was very clean. Property managers were easy to communicate with before arrival and during our stay. Amazing location right in town with a view of the water from the balcony too. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your next stay in Dillon!

Enjoyed our stay!

The unit's location, size and layout worked out very well for our family vacation. The unit was clean and well furnished. Logistics of checking in and out were very smooth. We would want to stay here again if we were return to Dillon!

They canceled on me 3 hours before check in!

Very disappointed! The management company canceled on me be cause the unit was under construction. They called me 3 hours before check in to let me know. First thing they said to me was “we emailed you 3 days ago”. Unacceptable customer service. Also, I never got the email and their phone number came up as spam.

Family reunion in Dillion

The condo was a perfect place for our family. The place was clean and beautiful with great views from every window. The grandkids especially enjoyed the bunk beds and a great new park just a few moments walk away from our place. The kitchen was easy to prepare meals in and the large dining table was fantastic to gather for meals with added family who were staying in the area. I highly recommend this place. It is definitely a place we would love to come back to in the future. Dillion has many fun activities to offer.

Exceptional Retreat with Endless Mountain and Lake Views

We had the opportunity to stay in this high end, newer property in Dillon and had an amazing time. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers and even had a spare bed. 5 minute walk to the marina and food and bowling across the street. The views from the 3rd floor unit of the mountains and lake were spectacular. Parking was ample. We’d definitely stay there again.

A Basin trip

The accommodations were exactly as adverised, 5 stars! We come out every year for an "end of the ski season" to A Basin but this is the 1st time renting a unit. Will recommend your services tofriends.

Spacious Condo, Great Location!

Our group consisted of three couples. Each of us had more than adequate, private space, with room to spare! Each room has it's own private bathroom. Condo is full of light with large windows and great views of the mountains. Plenty of places to visit within walking distance. There are a couple of breweries nearby, and shopping is a quick car ride away. Condo is in a great central location. Our group split up during the days and we each visited different ski resorts. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe are all a short drive. Vail, Beaver, Winter Park, and Loveland are also a relatively short distance away. Check in process was easy. Secure, heated parking was a nice amenity. Our only complaint was some of the basic amenities were not provided (ie, one days worth of coffee even though we booked four days, missing cooking items, soaps, etc...). All-in-all it is a great place to stay and easy to access with good management. Would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Wonderful stay in beautiful Dillon! Property was very clean, and much larger than appears in the pictures. Overall a great experience, and would definitely stay here again. Within walking distance for dinner, and nice heated parking garage.

The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem that we had was not receiving an entry code day of check in. We arrived and waited almost 45 minutes before we were able to get anyone on the phone so that we could get entry into the condo. After that we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
