"We were there for 3 days and our room was never cleaned."

"This is one of my favorite overnight stayover spots on I-5 as I drive this route once a Moths between Sonoma Voubty, CA and Vancouver, BC, Canada. It’s always clean and well maintained with a terrific staff. And (big issue for me)…A great complimentary breakfast with MANY protein choices. One well-meaning note to the manager: please provide a box of Facial tissues in the room, like you used to do. I get tired of removing the bathroom role off the dispenser just to wipe the sniffles 😜. "Seems like a new property. Very clean and convenient stop for the night during our Oregon road trip. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and polite!"

"Just returned from our trip to the PNW. This hotel was super cute and clean. It over looks the river and the outdoors was so comfy and pretty we decided to go pick up dinner and bring it back to the hotel and eat on the patio. Everyone else had the same idea. Lots of families sitting outside and enjoying the peaceful setting. Our room also had a cute private balcony. Wish we had more than one night to enjoy this great hotel."
