  • This house has been freshly decorated as of May for its rental season. Located on a center street in Dewey, you will find yourself crawling distance to most things in town. No need to move your car!

    You are conveniently located 1 block to the beach! The house is easily accessible to those that can't climb many stairs (it is a ranch style home). The house is broken up into 2 different two-bedroom, 1 BA and 1 kitchen areas all in one house for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with 2 kitchens. It makes life easier when they're multiple families or a larger group that could really use 2 refrigerators. The parking area can fit at 3-5 cars. There is 1 outdoor shower and a great outside area for grilling. The area includes the Chesapeake collection of Potterybarn's outside furniture with a full-size table, and 'L' sofa and a loveseat. The outside area also includes a weber, propane grill for your grilling pleasure. Towels are available for an additional cost.

The best weekend!

We had a group of 11 girls for a bachelorette celebration and loved the house/location! So clean, easy to walk to the beach and bars/restaurants, and a great setup for breakfasts at the house and enough beds for all! Maria was extremely responsive and helpful!

Great space for 12 people

A large group of colleagues and friends of mine stayed at this property. It was exactly as advertised and it was the perfect location for a long weekend in Dewey. Everything was as advertised and it was able to fit everyone without any issues.

Great property and host!

Host Maria was amazing! Outstanding communication even late night. Property was amazing for the families, kids loved the place and we enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Also it was very family friendly for a families with infants. Will rent again!

This is 2 units, each with 2 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living area in one house. It also has a nice outdoor gathering place. It worked out well to have the baby take a nap and still have a place for the kids.

Cute and Perfect Location

The homes were very cute, clean, and spacious enough for twelve girls. Maria was great when needed to speak about parking and responded throughout the process about payment and any questions we had.The property was also in walking distance to the bars, beach, and harbor where we took a cruise. Would absolutely use Maria and her properties again!

It was very clean and convenient five minutes walk from the beach and major restaurant and shops.

The place was clean , so was the kitchen, ample pots pans and utensils, parking was easy, there was a comfortable back you to relax and barbecue, the neighbors trash was a nuisance which gave a bad oder which was unpleasant when we ate outside. WI-FI was fine, we used our own linen, toilet paper and detergent, vacuum cleaner was hopeless so we swept too hot water and water pressure was fine.

Great location, great owner!

Great set up when traveling with a couple of families as each unit has a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Joining doors allow you to connect the 2 units and also offers privacy when needed. Maria the owner was awesome. She was very informative and helped us to manuvere the weekend as we didn't realize it was the Dewey goes Pink walk. She even offered us a parking spot at another property so that we would have access to our car that Saturday.

Location can't be beat but beware of parking tickets!

Pros: The location truly can't be beat. 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from Starboard, made for some very convenient days and very fun nights! Also amazing price for being able to accommodate up to 14 people. Having access to 2 bathrooms and 2 full kitchens was also perfect.Cons: We did get 2 parking tickets despite clarification from the host about where to park. Some locals told us that Dewey is notorious for aggressive ticketing, so more thorough and transparent communication in advance would have been helpful. The listing states that it accommodates 5 cars, which we had, so we did not think to ask in advance of where exactly to park to prevent issues.Overall, I would recommend this listing for the amazing location!

Hosted our bachelorette weekend here with 13 of us. Absolutely great time! House was clean, location is great. House can get a little cramped but still really nice.
