    The Space:

    If you love mid-century, you will love this Rehoboth Beach gem! We call this a 'mid-century gem' as all of the wooden beams are exposed in the ceilings and the home was built in the 60s. The location is simply unbeatable - you will be just two blocks away from the beach. You will love sitting on the screened-in porch and enjoying a cold beverage after a nice day frolicking in the sand. Or you might as well hit the fully enclosed backyard. The backyard features a propane grill, perfect for warm-weather barbecues, a deck with a picnic table and patio chairs, and plenty of space for the kids to happily play. Inside, the living area boasts a large TV and a cozy C-shaped sofa. Enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table, however, you can find extra dining space at the breakfast bar, which seats more people if needed. The kitchen will make cooking a breeze as it's equipped with all major appliances (no dishwasher). Additional perks include TVs in each bedroom for endless entertainment! Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know This home does not have heat. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Fantastic location!

The property was exactly as advertised. Convenient walk to Fifer Orchards and Starboard area in Dewey. House was clean and had great screened porch. Would recommend to any faily that travels with their dog as well!

Loved the airy layout of this vintage beach house. It is well preserved and very comfortable with nice indoor, screened and outdoor spaces. Pet-friendly is a big bonus. It is very convenient to the beach and Rehoboth and Dewey. Bed linens and towels provided but kitchen somewhat lacking in quality cookware and dishes.

Amazing experience with Rental Office!

This was a great location in a super cute house, which hosted four adults. We all had our own space, and the screened in porch, plus the outside area made the house a perfect place to stay. The house was great. So close to the beach and to everything! You don`t need to use your car if you don`t want to. You can walk to Rehoboth and Dewey, to all kinds of restaurants and activities! Very cool house, terrific quiet location. Plenty of towels and a great yard. We rented end of season so house needs some TLC, old stove two burners did not work, shower knob fell off. Nothing to discourage us, but we own an old house. Folks who gage new homes might be put off.

Great location

The location and set up of the house was great for 3 adult families and an infant. The walk to the beach and into Dewey was an easy one. There were a few upgrades that would really help the property -like the AC in the master bedroom isn`t functioning very well-but overall it was a a good week. Located on the Rehoboth/Dewey line. So beach is not crowded and just about a pleasant mile walk on beach or thru beautiful neighborhoods to reach downtown Rehoboth with classic beach and boardwalk stores and excellent dining. House is spacious and attractive and has most modern conveniences (no dishwasher). Great place to kick back and relax especially in backyard and screened in porch. Cute getaway!

This is the perfect beach house! Cozy atmosphere and lots of space. It’s just blocks away from the beach and bay! Our golden retrievers were so comfortable and happy and the fenced in back yard was something we didn’t see at other rentals. It made relaxing outside really enjoyable and we knew the dogs were safe. We loved sitting on the front screened in porch and eating breakfast. The location is ideal, right near all the restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk. You can easily drive/walk/bike to wherever you wanted to go. My husband and I will definitely be going back! It’s a gem! Great beach shack

Good location, walking distance to beach and Dewey. It looks exactly as pictured, just a basic beach shack that hasn’t been updated in awhile. The AC struggled to keep up during the hot July days, especially in the master. There is very little insulation in the home, if any. We brought a fan and used it a lot. Some of the beds were less than comfy. The fly swatters got used often. The yard was great and Roku TVs were easy to use. Overall it was enjoyable for our family vacation.

Good location, spacious accommodations

Me and Two of my girlfriends stayed a week in July and all four of our kids!!!! Plenty of room for everyone!! The backyard being fenced in gave us a HUGE relief that no one could sneak away! The walk to the beach was even better! No sandy cars needed!!! Everything you could need or want is in walking proximity! Ice cream, fresh veggies, restaurants and the beach! Perfect with little ones! It was so cozy and had that beachy vibe we were looking for when searching for a beach rental!!! Highly highly recommend!! We will be coming back for sure!!!!
