Safe, secure historic building with friendly neighbors, best suited for guests who appreciate character and charm over perfection! Stairs are required. Building is over 75 years old! Free parking onsite.

Stay in style with one of Detroit’s best views. This corner loft in the historic Tuller Hotel building (now The Hudson Lofts) features huge windows, original wood floors, and panoramic views of downtown Detroit, The Detroit River, Windsor, and both bridges (Ambassador & Gorie Howe). Perfect for small groups—includes 2 beds (1 King, 1 Full), 3 TV’s (1 gaming tv), putt putt golf in the loft space, and much more! 2nd “Bedroom” is in loft area ladder required!

Note: Stairs are required. 20 mins to DTW, less than 5 min. from downtown, less than 10 min. from all sports arenas and fields. This property offers a lot of charm and is best suited for those looking for CHARM OVER PERFECTION! Ring camera located on the outside of the unit door. Guests will be recorded coming in and out of the unit. Guests must provide proof of ID before being allowed to check in. Guests who are caught trying to throw parties or gatherings without the owners permission will be removed from the property without warning! No smoking allowed ($500) cleaning fee.

Anthony did a great job on instructions on finding the property and how to access. Place had a great view, on 3rd floor. Could see from the 2 bridges to the Rencen. Awesome decor, much to appreciate. Comfy couch and bed, other tenants were quiet.

Very cool & unique place to stay. The views are amazing. The place is clean, the host is friendly. We were there for the weekend with friends and saw a Red Wing game on Friday, a Candleight Concert at Christ Church on Saturday evening and drove around to check out a bunch of places in the area. Would definitely come back and stay here. The only thing I'd say is that the loft is smaller than I expected from the photos but we had a couple stay in it and it worked for us!

The host was extremely unprofessional. Check-in was delayed 3 hours due due to malfunctioning equipment, including a lockbox that did not work. The garbage disposal was broken, and the heat did not function in the loft on Fort Street. When we reported these issues and requested accommodations, the host responded by filing a damage claim against us instead of addressing the problems. As a result, my family had to sleep in a cold loft, and the owner showed no concern, stating there was nothing he could do

The location was good, easy to park- uber and get around. The place was very clean. A little more lived in than I expected- but still good! There are three flights of stairs- just be prepared for the climb! Host was very nice and accommodating. The price was great!
