Horrible Experience Due to Lack of Cleanliness and Transparency
The apartment itself is spacious and well-suited for two families. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness and safety issues.When we arrived, the apartment had not been properly cleaned. It appeared that only a partial cleaning was done, and to our shock, garbage was left inside the home. This negligence led to a very distressing incident—there were leftover chicken bones on the floor, and my 2-year-old daughter accidentally swallowed one. She began vomiting continuously, was diagnosed with food poisoning, and had to be taken to urgent care. It was a terrifying and traumatic experience for our family.In addition, there was a lack of transparency regarding parking. We were told that garage parking would cost extra, and we had to park outside unless we paid an additional fee. This information was not communicated to us in advance or mentioned in the listing, which felt very misleading.This experience was far from what we expected, and I strongly urge better maintenance and clear communication to avoid putting other guests at risk.
