"Good property and great breakfast for a stay close to Heathrow. But the hotel does need to look at the air con in the room. 27 degrees all night and no way to control it within the room. When I told the duty receptionist about this he just shrugged that I should have called reception and maintenance at 1:00 in the morning!!!! Not good enough. However all restaurant and bar staff were highly attentive and courteous."

"This property backs onto the Thames River. Rooms facing the river are quiet. We enjoyed our stay. There are walking paths along both sides of the Thames. Sainsbury & other services close by, plus numerous restaurant choices. Hotel has a bar & restaurant, but we didn’t eat or drink there. Looked fine. Rooms were clean. No lift at this property. Staff very kindly assisted in bringing our heavier bags upstairs to our rooms. We managed to get them downstairs on our own. Property is close...

"Great Hotel"

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"

"the stand out was the staff you we lovely, friendly and knowledgeable"

"Room was very nice, plenty of space, nice beds. Bathroom lots of condensation, didn't feel like an extractor fan. Paid parking in Dvertised, its funny, they charge you by the 24hrs lol, so you can spend the day in a local theme park, turn up and check in at 7pm get up early for another day in the park, but pay for 24hrs regardless, unless your a gym member its free.. Then you try to find a disabled bay in the car park, and tgey are all occupied by the gym users, and not a single blue badge in...

"My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!"

"Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable."

"Pros: Check in and restaurant staff were excellent. This is a fair priced hotel within walking distance to Windsor Castle. Food in the restaurant was good although service was a little slow. Not many other restaurant options in the area. Breakfast buffet was good and well staffed. Cons: hotel is near Legoland and a lot of families with young children stay here. There is a foosball table in the restaurant and it is quite loud with kids playing in the evening when you’re trying to enjoy your...
