It's "along" in the sense that the rooms are lined up, balconies facing the railtrail, and immediately beyond (through a treeline) the Wallkill. It's well sited on a beautiful site. "Very relaxing for what we had planned. The room was clean, the "breakfast nook" was abailable at all hours - Self driven. Hot Tub available and large enough to accomodate comfortable over 6 people. We were able to travel to downtown New Paltz very easily and we visited other nearby towns: Kingston, Rhinebeck and Hyde Park. We love to walk and each area was very walkable ... great dining also available in each town. A great and wonderful walk or bike was the "River to Ridge Trail. Beautiful...

"Our stay at Elmrock was exactly what we needed to get out of town and have many of the beautiful sites of Ulster County available nearby. The House we rented from them was beautifully kept. The Breakfasts were great ant the conversation with others made for nice mornings. ON a VERY hot July 4th Weekend the home was cool and comfortable! Would recommend the Inn highly."

"The cabin is awesome. Surrounded by forrest you feel like youre the only person in the world. What's even cooler is its off grid but you dont miss a thing. Lights. Music. Bathroom. There were even a couple board games. Outside fire ready to go. Exactly what I was looking for."

"Nice and clean place which was as advertised. Although we did not take advantage of the outside area it was a nice area and option. Would stay here again. Hosts were very good at providing instructions and information when requested. Air conditioning units in each room was great since we happened to have a very hot day and evening during our stay."
