"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

"Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down."

"Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food.
Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't.
The staff are all friendly and helpful and offer taster sessions for things like Tai Chi and Cryotherapy alongside traditional spa treatments.
A nice touch was a dining...

"Stayed at multiple Premier Inns throughout the week- no issue with any of the staff until checking in here. The receptionist required my passport and a whole lot of personal information, including my reason for being in the country, none of which any of the other receptionists required. When I questioned this, the receptionist became very short with me, wouldn’t answer my questions, and overall was very unpleasant to deal with. Her manager then came to assist her and did nothing to help the...
