"We were well received with staff helping with our bags immediately. Note, if you do want your luggage right away, don't use their luggage service as it is not immediate. "This was one of the most serene places to stay. The views were unreal, and the breakfast was amazing! The service was top tier too. I accidentally left a few things in my room after checkout, they contacted me within an hour and had it delivered to a Savoy location right by my airbnb the next morning. I would happily stay here again!"

When you are done exploring for the day, the amenities are closed when you want to use them most. The room needs renovation. The pillows were terrible and the bed is stiff as a board.
