"To say this stay was phenomenal would be an understatement! We weren’t sure exactly what to expect on the island before we arrived but we were pleasantly surprised by everything. Travel was very easy on the ferry with a prearranged ticket and a person to greet us on Heron Island. We were then picked up on the beach on Heron Island, where we had a fun 20 minute boat ride to Wilson. "The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out."

"This is the perfect way to enjoy 1770. Directly across from the calm 1770 foreshore. The vibe of the cabins are tropical island getaway chic - open doors, bamboo, hammock. I stayed here with my three kids. Additionally, the host, Jan, is the loveliest person, very responsive and kind in her approach. Will only be staying here in the future when visiting my favourite place in Aus - worth every cent. "
