"We loved your property! The big kitchen table is where we congregated - we played cornhole outside as the weather was great. We visited area legions, as we are all veterans.The cabin was clean and inviting. We found everything we needed!(We had a bit of trouble with the #1 on the keypad). We would most definitely stay again!"

"Fishing was excellent! Water activities were fun! Area was as expected. Aesthetically the home is cute! Structurally, it’s a different story. The steps to the upstairs are intimidating. But the homeowner does have signs warning of this at the house. Also, there is no AC in the bedrooms. It made for some very hot sleeping. Beds/bedding were comfortable. "My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. We chose a spot next to the river to pitch our tent, and we were able to pull our car right up to the site and have easy access to all our gear. The privacy...

"The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area."
