"The hotel is a great location right beside the pier, park and downtown restaurants. The staff was pleasant and the front desk clerk Esteban was very welcoming. "So originally when we got there, our blanket and sheet was stained there were also ants in the bathroom, so I immediately complained to the front desk where they were super helpful and upgraded us to a better room that was much better cleaned and maintained. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites so I was just going in with higher expectations. If you’re going to stay here just thoroughly inspect your room and if any issues the staff will be happy to help with any issues."

"I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western"

"I was in the area for work, and the location was ideal. It turned out they were having a youth dance competition over the weekend I was here. The noise of the dancing was not bad, but into the evening teenagers loudly congregating in the halls into the late into the evening/early morning. And even louder and more onnoxious drunk parents in the lobby and business center. I actually gave up trying to work at the hotel and returned to the jobsite. Next time will have to verify what is going on at...

"Great price and value added things like breakfast, pool and social areas. amazing sleep great bed and pillows. Only thing I Thought could have been better, was entrance. unloading and loading with those stairs and no rain shield car port. other than that everything was 5 stars."

"Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking. Lobby/restaurant area very nice and open. Front desk staff friendly. Bathroom alittle dated and the room itself had signs of wear here and there, but the bed was super comfortable. Our floor was very quiet, which was good. Amenities such as pool and restaurant looked great but we didn’t take advantage this time. Would stay here again."

"There are no windows to let in natural light in any room in the hotel. Also the air conditioning is too loud - it will keep you up all night. I cannot speak badly enough about this place. "
