"Nice location, very close to train station & grocery store . Spacious apartment .Nice to have Coffee, Cappuccino etc in Lobby. Washer & Dryer unit helpful. I’m told it’s no more Plus, even though name has plus . Probably charged for Plus. TV didn’t work. Every time we used toaster , light went out. We didn’t realize what was the problem initially. "Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"

"Minus: Keine "echte" Rezeption, nur virtuell. Frühstück in Bistro auf anderer Straßenseite. Frühstück erst ab 8:30 möglich (zu spät). Waschbecken zu klein. Zu laute, nicht abstellbare Klimaanlage. Keine Schreibutensilien (Papier, Stift) vorhanden. Plus: Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor'm Hotel. Strand und Promenade in direkter Nähe. Ruhiges Zimmer."

"The bed was comfortable however the room was not set up well. The furniture was crowded. The eating area was small and there were not enough utensils. The towel rack was so high I couldn’t reach it. The entry way had very steep stairs and this whole area smelled of mould and air freshener so that I held my breath going in and out. For three nights it was quiet but the last night there were people singing and shouting outside until 3am. Not our best hotel experience. "
