"Hotel was quite basic and our room didn’t reflect the photos shown here on this site. Our bathroom had mould on the roof, was very small and just felt quite old. The bed had a fancy coloured light at the back of it however I think the rest of the room needed a little TLC to freshen it up. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite and professional, making us feel very welcome from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this stay to others."

We arrived fairly late after check-in time, but Simon, and one of his children met us, walked us to the room, and made sure that we were at ease while also recommending a good spot that was close for us to grab dinner, even though it was late.
