" I would say to anyone considering staying in this property think again, and move to another lodge unless you like to be harassed, kidnapped for 12 hours ( by locking the gate and not letting us go to Serenity four seasons till midnight when it was too late), Keeping me and my friend outside without a/c, food or water in the heat of Tanzania. "The staff went over and above to make this a unique experience. Our butler Ali was superb, Gideon who cleaned our room is out of this world. Folds your shirts and makes the bed twice a day. The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. "

"Just an outstanding experience. The people were incredible, great service. My family of 4 loved the family tent. The grounds had Lions (3) hanging out right at entrance and wildlife overall was amazing around Ndutu, right there by camp. Highest recommendation. "
