"This hotel is secluded high class location in Gaeta. A gem. Charming rooms all overlooking the ocean with a balcony . The private beach is sandy and the sea was crystal clear with no waves. You can walk in the water for distances. Sunlight all day. All restaurants have beach view. The breakfast was included with incredible variety: berries and maple syrup on our stay. The dinner menu was upper class Italian cuisine. It included a variety of fresh fish, pastas and meat. Please note that there...

"Likes: . Very close to a fantastic beach as well as half hour walk to the old town. . A lot to see near the hotel. Dislikes: . Pool was closed as of September, but this is not communicated when booking. One of the reasons i went there was the pool they have and advertised. Not sure why pool was closed if A/C is still running. . Shower temperature fluctuations were extreme. Water would get very hot then very cold. . No draft beer or good tequila in the bar. Bar man did not seem to have...

"This is the same as the Amalfi coast … but cheaper and less crowded. Late September and was quite to very quiet No rush or hassle Be prepared to climb a few steps if you want to see the old town Couple of days here is fine. Lack of supermarket ( one mini market) Overall nice place suitable for families. None of the party crowd here"

"Fabulous property. Exceptional staff. Great breakfast. Excellent value."

"Extremely hard to get around specially if you are over 50 Food is horrible at the restaurant hard to get in and out your room ants all over room bathroom bed floor ceiling and they spray stuff does not help zero maintenance bathroom terrible I do not recommend it to anyone wants to have a piece of mind"

"Personale gentile e attento. Durissima !!!"

"Breakfast was the same everyday. The first night we arrived we asked front desk for recommendations on a restaurant for dinner and they told us they have dinner menu at the hotel. We had dinner and we were very disappointed with our food. They had a set menu. They had a buffet station with salads and fruit. You were able to choose one of 2 pastas and one of 2 entrees. Me and my husband had a combination of the food so we can try the different foods. Both pastas were barely room temperature ...

"The property is an old nunnery and the rooms are compact and the doors are loud when people leave in the morning. The beds and pillows are super hard. At least the rooms are air conditioned. It is 2 miles away from the historic, old city that is worth driving to and walking around. This area of the hotel is not worth exploring by foot. However, the breakfast was included in the room rate and was a 9 out of 10 served outside at the outdoor pavilion near the pool. We did not have dinner on...

"While our room was very clean, it did have old mold on the shower. This hotel is older, but it probably used to be very grand. One of the things we loved was that it included our own reserved umbrella and beach lounges. It also had a balcony with a beautiful sunset view over the sea. We couldn't get really excited about the breakfast, either, but it was definitely adequate. The small town was quiet and sleepy, not a party place. It was very reasonably priced and a good value."

"The beach was nice. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location to explore Gaeta and Sperlonga! The beach and water was amazing and so relaxful. JThe renovated rooms were nice and very comfortable. Only one option for dinner if you want to stay at the resort was the only drawback."

"Personale molto gentile, i proprietari molto disponibili e accoglienti.

"Amazing location. Great staff, very helpful. My only complaint is the AC in the room was not very good."

"Loved the location"
