"Très bien"

"The waiter I had, got extremely irritated because we had put a tip on the paper recept, when there is a place clearly written for tip. I expect he wanted cash rather than on the slip and he would have gotten that had he not given us attitude about it. We were left scratching our heads on why he was so upset. Additionally we could not find where the beach towels were. It was not clearly advertised. When I booked this place, the price was no different than other places we have stayed and...

"excellent elegant hotel in a fantastic location overlooking city and sea. Fantastic clean rooms and staff service, minutes walk from the main town centre with spectacular views over the marina just near by. I highly recommend it. Take a room with a balcony and marvel at the sea view surrounded by lush trees. Great breakfast too brough to your room. I would definitely go back again. I felt somewhat regal"

I booked a hotel with bathtub hopping that I would take bath and relax but it did happen that way jacuzzi that they advertise doesn't work on top of that water smell like it's straight from the sewer even color of the water is brown I barely survived 4 days there and checked...

"Everything was great"

We ordered room service, and although the meal was good, multiple cockroaches began emerging around the mirrors. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The suite had two televisions, but only one worked. The 2nd remote had no batteries, and the bathroom's combined shampoo and body wash dispenser...

"This hotel was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The Maitre-D was so helpful and kind. Everyone couldn't do enough for you. My sister and I can't wait to come back here again. A lovely 5-star hotel with a beautiful pool, delicious restaurants, and the best employees you could ask for."
