"We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. "

"以为是四星，不知道是什么时候评价的，大堂也没有挂牌。房间内被褥有些潮湿。早餐不够丰盛，面条煎蛋咖啡都要点单才提供，不够自助。最重要的是通过亿客行下单订房网页上是说提供双份早餐的，到酒店服务人员说不提供让我自己联系网站解决，协调了一个小时最后才把早餐券给我，服务态度相当糟糕。"
