"Staff very helpful. Not very clean. Cooking utensils need updating/replacing. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels. Bust road but traffic noise not really a problem"

"Spotlessly clean, which was great. Quite dated, I was surprised that it didn't have heated towel rail in bathroom. Haven't seen that for a while. Great shower. Personally I found the bed too soft. Rooms don't get much natural light,so even on a sunny day, it was quite dark inside and we had to have lights on."
