"Its a great place to stay in Passau. I just have two remarks. 1. Checkin is at 15 hr and the reception is only staffed until 15:30. I think the gap is too short although the hotel provided information in advance about self checkin. We arrived before 15 hrs so it was possible to checkin in person which we prefer. The staff was friendly and the room was already available which was great. 2. Breakfast is a bit too std but the price is reasonable"

"Check in sehr unproblematisch, wir durften sogar früher ins Haus, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Das Haus bietet alles notwendige was man braucht, es fehlte an nichts. Toller Garten, sehr ruhig, viel Natur, Schaukel, Grill, Sitzplätze ... vorhanden. Vorsicht Elektroheizung, im Herbst jetzt war es schon recht kühl und ohne Heizung ging nichts. Schön war der Kamin, den man kostenfrei nutzen durfte. Ein Manko für uns war, dass die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach! Nachbesserung wäre...

"Vistas inmejorables. Al llegar más tarde de las 21:00 horas nos tuvimos que desplazar a 2km del alojamiento para recoger las llaves en otro complejo hotelero. Está limpio, es amplio, y dispone de todos los utensilios de cocina. Práctico para pasar unos días alejado de la ciudad. "

"Wir wurden von der Verwalterin schon mal sehr herzlich empfangen (sie kann hervorragend backen!); das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und alles da, was notwendig und vereinbart war. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich, alles unkompliziert und einfach - wir haben die Zeit sehr genießen können! Parkplatz sehr gut organisiert und nah, ein Kracher: der Kachelofen! "Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Team, durchgängig. Mochten den kleinen Fitnessraum. Das man genug Handtücher für den Besuch der Therme bekommt. Wifi nicht stark genug zum streamen oder Videocalls. In der Garage eine 11KW Ladedose fürs E-Auto (etwas schwach aber vorhanden). Frühstück sehr nett allerdings nichts zur Auswahl bei besonderen Bedürfnissen wie zB Laktoseunverträglichkeit, Gluten etc Dennoch immer gerne wieder. "

"Wir wurden bei Schlüsselübergabe über Mängel aufmerksam gemacht welche zu Beginn nicht so schlimm waren. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Vor allem in den beiden Küchen Schmutz, Verkrustungen Verklebungen, Spinnweben und schmutziges Geschirr. Da wir nur 3 Tage Urlaub hatten sind wir lieber auswärts essen gegangen anstatt dort zu Kochen ( hat uns angeekelt) An vielen Türen und Schränken waren Ketten mit Vorhängeschlösser, was nicht sehr wohnlich war. Beide TV Geräte könnte man nicht...
