"Good parking, clean room, towels and linen. Tower fan in room was appreciated during the recent heatwave. Lovely cool breeze from the lake from 9pm onwards which was a relief after the heat of the day. "We always enjoy our visits to Bosworth House Hotel - lovely staff, wonderful extensive gardens and lots of places to relax. It really is one of my favourite hotels. The very pretty village centre is also just a short walk away. A perfect 'getaway'."

"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable . Externally harassed by homeless couple asking for money on approach to hotel. Parking is in the multi storey station car park, great smell of urine on each entry way! "The room was fairly big, clean and our children had their own beds which was good. The pool can only be used by over 16s which was the main reason we booked, but my fault for not checking. Breakfast was fine, but understaffed (just one person), our son was handed cutlery and told to make up our table which we thought was a bit unprofessional. While this wasn’t an expensive hotel, I still don’t think we got good value and wouldn’t stay again."
