"The beds are old and extremely uncomfortable, the amenities are for the entire community and full of screaming kids and there aren’t any room for the guests bc the whole neighborhood used the hotel amenities. This should have been discolored the hot tub was broken during most of the stay. No coffee maker or mini fridge in the room."

"Our stay wasn't as great. Whilst the room itself was fine we had a few main issues that left us irritated. The booking language was somewhat misleading as it stated there was a shuttle in place for guests to Gatwick Airport. There is no shuttle, and they simply call you a cab service that costs 23 pounds each way. Secondly, we stayed in room 107, and there was an intermittent loud humming. "When you walk in the whole place smells amazing and your greeted by amazing staff ! Awesome place can’t wait to visit again right next to the downs and racecourse"

"Yes, the good place to stay with the reasonable price. cheers"

"Home away from home. Great staff as always and fantastic area to be in."

"Property is accessible clean and quiet environment"

"It was very cold in the room and after few hours they turn it on to get warmer but still very cold and I got very sick. It was very far from everything, no shops, no public transportation, nothing was around. Just dead area the way I was so scared to sleep in the room which was out of building. 3 a.m till 5 a.m so much noise like some one was working on the next room."

"We expected a clean room, the first room we were given had been showered in literally minutes before we arrived and the stench was unbearable. We were given a different room however, it was a quite dusty and spider webs all over the open wardrobe, meaning the place is not cleaned regularly only when customers leave a room. Our kettle was broken, soap dispenser/bottle also broken and on top of that a £100 deposit( since when?) this is the first bad experience we’ve had at ibis Sutton and quite...
