"Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone."

"Great staff! They spoke enough English that we were able to pay for late check-out in person in cash(yen). But overall the tablet check-in was easy and the room was amazing! 10/10 would stay again. The room was spacious with 4 beds, and a community area, washer/dryer, and a large tub compared to APA hotels with no space.."

"Great city view from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked-we cooked 2 dinners in it. Location was nice, in a neighborhood away from the downtown. Owner is great and very helpful. It was nice to have all the space after traveling for several weeks. Very homey."

"The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured.
The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The small one burner kitchenette would be nice for travelers looking to save a yen or two on food, but the area around the station has a great variety of great places to eat, a supermarket, and even a KFC and McD’s (with a Mister Donut...

"Great location! Close to amenities and the metro. Very clean property, washer dryer in the unit, handy kitchen and helpful staff. We arrived late but clear instructions were left for us to get into our unit. A definite recommend!
The only negative was an extra city tax on top of what we aready paid up, but I suppose we were warned."
