Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children. Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly. "room was well maintained. weather was great location perfect. pool was cold to the point of being unusable. indoor pool and hot tub closed when we tried to use them. buffet was repetitive. we were overcharged for our bill and had a hard time convincing the front desk attendant. quoted 60 euros for ride to airport and ended up paying 70"
