"We always stay at this property when we’re in Timmins and stay in one of the chalets for usually 3-4 nights at a time. The amenities are nice, but the service is universally lacking. Both the sink in the kitchen and bathroom were leaking and when we called for assistance we were told that no one was available to assist until the next day. I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. "My stay was great But the parking lot could use a cleaning I noticed a shampoo/conditioner that are usually found in the shower on the grounds when I arrive and was never picked up. A good sweep and pick up cigarette butts would be nice. Other than that. All was good"
