"We always stay at this property when we’re in Timmins and stay in one of the chalets for usually 3-4 nights at a time. The amenities are nice, but the service is universally lacking. Both the sink in the kitchen and bathroom were leaking and when we called for assistance we were told that no one was available to assist until the next day. "We have often stayed at thisTimmins hotel. The deterioration is visible and shocking. Last year on our visit to Timmins only one elevator was functioning. This year only one elevator continues to function. The working elevator was dirty. There are numerous security guards on the property at all times. The toaster at breakfast didn't work.
