The website glitched and she never knew if the reservation went through so we booked on Expedia with zero issues. No email confirmation from Microtel or anything. Unfortunately, when I called to let them know, I would only be staying for the second night of my reservation the person I spoke to said that was not a problem and I arrived and was told that my reservation was canceled because it was a third-party reservation and then I did not have a room. They fortunately had one available. Unfortunately, it was the one next to the laundry shoot and it’s 7 AM. They started slamming the door of the laundry shoot repeatedly as they clean...
