"This home had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a long weekend by the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, the yard has a swing and lots of birds, and the fire pit made the nights sooo relaxing. The property is a short walk away from the local campground- we rented a pontoon from them and had a great time on the lake. This place is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. 100 stars!!! "

"Comfortable lake cottage, large deck with peaceful view perfect for early morning coffee, fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom, very large living/dining area upstairs with many twin beds for young and old alike. I think easily comfortable for 6-8 people. Served our purpose perfectly, and we did not even have time to enjoy the lake."

"the key pad didnt work to get in but was able to contact the host and he responded within a min. to let me know how we could get into the house. absolutely love this house and location. this was my second time booking this house and of all the houses i have booked this is by far my favorite :) my mom and dad were with me and they love this house and location as well"

"We thoroughly enjoy our mid-week stay on Big Barbee, with a small group of friends & family. We rented a pontoon from Socks Marina, for early morning fishing at Barbee & Irish Lake. The local restaurants were within walking distance. Thank you so much!"
