"This is a fantastic place to stay. Everything and everyone was outstanding. It was probably the best hotel facility that we have ever had the chance to stay at. Room was fantastic, staff was fantastic, restaurant and bar was fantastic. The food and drinks were amazing and breakfast was great!!"

"We booked our stay here because the bus for the U of M footfall games stops here. We checked in around 5:00 the staff was very friendly and checked us in fast. The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. We had to check out after the game around 10:00 pm due to an family issue. The person at the front desk looked confused when I explained we had to leave but took the keys to the room. She really didn't say anything but I think she did say have a nice night ."

"The room smelled like cigs and mildew. We decided to drive back home that night. Fortunately we were able to get a full refund through Expedia but had to cut our night out short. I wish there was a way to leave zero stars."

"There was no power. Despite this, they were checking folks in. At first I thought this might be ok, especially as they said they were working on it. However, no obvious work trucks on property. So, no power, no lights, no AC (88 degrees and humid), likely no hot water in AM, many of the emergency lighting was inoperative, no generators. I could not stay - to their credit, they offered cancellation with reimbursement but because I booked with Expedia, I have to work through them to get money...
