"Place was very clean and convenient. We needed a place with room to park a boat and there was plenty of room. It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... Would 10/10 book it again."

The space was very clean and well kept and that bed was so comfortable! She made us feel welcome by leaving us some farm fresh eggs and a zucchini bread to get our next morning off to a good start.The home was very clean and lovingly restored.I gave our stay a 4 star instead of a 5 because of the mattresses and pillows. The mattresses were too soft and uncomfortble. We thought maybe it was our 60 plus bodies but my 30 something daughter felt the same way. "
