"The place is very clean, also convenient and close to down town. Check in and everything was very smooth! I recommend this cute little place especially for young families."

"Great time!"

"House was very nice, very clean. The view of the river was magnificent. Next little getaway we would return again"

"Extremely well kept and clean. I liked the country feel but city was just 2 minutes away. Other quests were very friendly and I assume they have stayed here before. I definitely would consider coming back for the change of the leaves. Sam was a great host."

"This was a relaxing & romantic way to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. Everything was clean & the host very cordial. We enjoyed the rear deck with its fireplace & hot tube as as the comfortable bed & romantic tent interior."

"Host is very easy to communicate with and the property provided us with great memories! Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a beautiful property, very clean, new amenities, enjoyable, quiet"

"Very clean perfect layout will definitely return"

"Great property and a lot of room which was great."

"Good location, well stocked with essentials."

"The place was immaculate!! Communication with Kelly was fantastic the whole stay. Great location for getting around Madison. Kelly is a great hostess - lots of extras at the place - ie a basket of goods if you forgot anything, cups to get you started, umbrellas if needed, games, charging station, etc. Would definitely stay again"

"The location of this property was phenomenal! We had front row views to the scenic Ohio River, and we were in awe as a bald eagle flew over the river in all its majestic beauty. We were just a short drive to Clifty Falls and the historic town of Madison. We appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the nice kitchen. We had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals together. We experienced quality family time and made memories that will last us forever."
