"This inn is in prime location, few minutes from UConn campus. The house was first built in 1734. The rooms are small, but sufficient for overnight stay. Self served breakfast in the first floor lounge with coffee, juice boxes, yogurt, pastries, cereal, milk, fruits. Plenty of parking. Helpful and welcomed stuff. The inn includes a restaurant (tavern) with very simple but inviting setting."

"This is a real gem of a find! I loved our stay here. GPS does take you to the back of the building but it’s located next to a large parking lot. Plenty of parking which was great for us because we have an extended cab f350 ford that does not fit into most parking spaces. "It was a great property and good location. Other than the fridge there was no storage space for food. The beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked for necessities. The mildew or sanitation smell was overwhelming, I bought plug in fragrances to cover the smell. Overall it was great, everything you need for a stay at the lake. The host was always very friendly and responsive, we didn’t need to contact him at all for the stay"
