"Staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be. Biggest complaint was the bugs. Luckily I only saw dead ones, but there were multiple dead roaches in our room. Toilet leaked on the floor. As a former local, they've been doing "renovations" for literal years now. The room we were in is the same type my dad was in several years ago, and there have definitely been upgrades, but I don't think it's been enough.
