"Communication with the host was very easy, and responses were quick. The property was easy to get to, and is a very charming cabin. The outdoor furniture on the back porch did not appear to have been cleaned for quite some time, so we were not able to sit on that. Some of the dishes in the cabinet needed some washing off, and the microwave was very messy. Otherwise, the rest of the cabin was very clean and neat. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again! "

"Where to begin? The communication from the propery manager both before, during, and after the stay was prompt and helpful. The house is in a centrally located area on Kingsport only mins from everything. The bedrooms are large with VERY comfortable beds and a large tv in every room...something that I really appreciate as one who needs a tv on to fall asleep. I also appreciated a small fan to place on the bedside table to keep cool during the night. The house is air conditioned and was great, but...

"Host-Karen was the best host I have had. If you are thinking about starting a rental I would recommend visiting this place and taking notes on how to run a business. Karen’s (host)follow up was amazing, from start to finish. Her recommendations from eating to visiting local spots were on point. The location is perfect if you are want to be in the heart of downtown with access to the great outdoors minutes away. We booked this place as our hub to go fly fishing.
