"Bathroom shower did not work. Only had warm water. Telephone did not work. Had to change rooms."

"The hotel and room looked nice and clean when I arrived, but that impression quickly changed. As I was getting ready for bed, I pulled back the blanket and found that the sheets were dirty and had fecal stains on them. I contacted the front desk right away and asked for the sheets to be changed. After waiting 30 minutes without anyone coming to the room, I went to the front desk to find out what was happening. The employee told me there was no housekeeper on duty and offered me fresh sheets...

"We've stayed here before and I will say things are getting better. I believe they have painted and replaced carpet. It used to smell musty and didn't this time. Our bathroom faucet has been "repaired" but needs to be replaced. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to figure out the exact placement to get hot or cold water. The rooms are still very dark - but the new lighting does have USB ports - which is helpful. The curtains need replaced. They are torn and likely dirty. The staff was very...

"Staff was great."

"Had to put a $30 deposit just incase we stole the towels or left stains on anything. When I went into the room there were stains already on the bed sheets and covers, and the towels were also dirty and smelled weird. The room had a awful smell to it as well and wasnt that clean. The chair in the room also had a stain on it. The "continental" breakfast was just two different cereals with a gallon of milk next to it."

"We had 2 cockroaches in our room we had to kill, when we went to turn in the keys at 6:30 we could not find a key box to turn them in so had to slide them under the roll down door."

"I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!"

"So clean and comfortable! Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast! Will for sure stay here again!"

"The man at the front desk was quick, friendly and accurate during our check in. They had complimentary lemon infused water and tea in the lobby. Our room was clean, had a comfortable temperature and was decorated nicely. The bathroom smelled clean. The tub showed a little bit of wear (no visible mold or mildew), but it wasn't a big deal. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, during our stay but the space looked nice. I'd recommend this hotel for sure."

"First - please get rid of the skeletons in the lobby area. It makes customers leary as they first walk in. I do appreciate that the supervisor fixed the room from two singles to one king size bed. It really needs some upgrading in the rooms."
