"Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice."

The campground was quiet and peaceful and very close to town and the river. Check out was great and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood."

"Everything was as described . Owner and staff are attentive to all needs . It was the perfect location for my teenage daughter and myself to explore Arkansas and the nature immediately surrounding the cabin .The Air conditioning worked well. Tools and buckets supplied were extremely helpful. There were frogs and toads in abundance . We had zero issues with any biting insects . The game room served as special bonus .. Fabulous place and would definitely stay again"
