"Very over priced for the quality, amenities and location. In the pictures there are decorations and the place looks homey - not in reality. The 2 refrigerators were either unplugged or didn’t work. The water smelled terrible-but that wasn’t the host’s fault. Also not the host’s fault, but it’s on the other side of the Missouri River from the Katy Trail. Internet was very spotty."

"Diane is the hostess with the mostest! The cabin had everything you could possibly need and more. We enjoyed fishing and just sitting watching the river. The outside space is comfortable and had just enough lighting. The perfect spot for a relaxing weekend trip. Neighbors were friendly and the whole neighborhood was peaceful. Beds and other furniture were comfortable and the entire cabin was very clean. "

"Love seat has stain on it open microwave door and there is a screw and metal pin layer under the door tell me was not cleaned. Could not get internet the first night due to host does not know password using default password instead change it to something simple like business stay. Snack are outdated going to get someone sick. I slim has a date 2019 . Would not stay again. I have been staying around unit in Jefferson City all was nice for the same price range."

"We loved the Carriage house! It's in a great location, there was plenty of space and it was well stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The only drawback was that we couldn't find the Wifi network listed in the paperwork, but we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a big issue. "Great location. Very responsive and accommodating host. Comfortable home.We were in town with our elderly father for an event in Fulton. This location was perfect because it was all first-floor living with a no-step entry and close to everything. 20 minutes to Fulton. 10 minutes to Jefferson City. 45 minutes to Lake Ozark. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area."
