"Whispering Oaks is an immersive experience in nature. The location places you deep among a canopy of oak trees where you cans listen to beautiful birdsong and relax in the peacefulness of the forest. The wonderful wrap around deck affords plenty of space to stretch out or relaxin the hot tub.The house itself is large and affords plenty of space to spread out and read a book, play a game or enjoy a good movie. "We couldn’t have picked a better house for our family to stay in for vacation. It had everything we needed to entertain 4 adults and 3 kids for a week. We would highly recommend this home to anyone! "Beautiful get away"

"Nice location. Front storm door was missing a window. Turning on the heat was difficult as you had to get down on the floor to turn on, adjust temp and turn off the heat register which took awhile to find the dials. And had to use a flashlight to find. Difficult for anybody with a disability as for me I have back problems. Stairs to upstairs sleeping area were very narrow and I felt unsafe. The railing was not completely to the top of the stairs and I felt the railing was not safe. Railing...

"Everything was perfect! We (and our dogs) really enjoyed the seclusion and total lack of fireworks. We rented the cabin with an explicit desire to leave fireworks behind... The cabin is well-equipped and very cozy. We were glad there was no snow or ice since the road leading to the cabin is uphill for a big stretch and at times quite narrow."
