"A pitch perfect stay"

"Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and of a very nice size. We enjoyed an evening meal and a breakfast in the restaurant and found both to be excellent with great service. Check out was just a quick and friendly as check in. We will plan to stay here again."

"Great service, very friendly. The breakfast layout was magnificent"

"The TV in my room could only show "no signal". Even though reported to the desk the first night, it still would not work the next night."

"Very quiet set village by the farms, biggest complaint was the restaurant staff across the street haha. Room was spotless, staff was incredibly helpful and kind, breakfast was amazing"

"This house was incredible. Loved the history and ambience of the town. Peter was one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in over the years. I would highly recommend it."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—super convenient to everything in Waterloo while still being in a quiet area. The host was fantastic to work with, providing great communication before and during our stay. They thought of all the little details, and the home was well-stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five...

"Amy was a great communicator! Home was well stocked and clean. It is evident that the host wants her guests to be happy! The house is exactly as pics show! GREAT LOCATION! When I booked it I did not realize that there was 1 bathroom. (my fault). I made a couple of suggestions to owner and she was very receptive. We would rent again!"

"House was perfect for our needs! Clean and updated. Nice to have washer/dryer access! Columbia is an adorable little town and we enjoyed eating at the local Thai and bbq restaurants. Close enough to go into St Louis but in a small quiet town. We chose the location as we were in town for surgery at Mercy South- very accessible to get to the hospital and then perfect accommodations for recovery with comfortable beds and couch, and desks for working. Appreciated that the updates didn’t remove the...

"Excellent property with comfortable furniture, premium linens and fluffy towels. There were fresh flowers everywhere and fresh sage and bath salts in the bathrooms. The house was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. The backyard was ideal for relaxing or entertaining. We were extremely comfortable and very happy with our stay. This host is truly amazing and we highly recommend this property."

"Friendly staff very clean, quiet and the morning breakfast provided lots of options."

"The room price was reasonable, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. As a nonsmoker, I noticed the smell as soon as I entered the room."
