"Our stay was pleasant, the house was very clean but in serious need of of update and repairs. The clubhouse offered pool tables and a ping pong table. All in serious need of updating."

"This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...

"Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!"

"Everything was amazing! Hot tub and sauna were the highlights. Post communicated excellently and kept the Christmas decorations up for us. Pool table air hockey darts just so many things to do it was so wonderful for me and my adult children to enjoy everything! The free coffee bar was a special treat for us all! We loved it and we will stay here again next year! "

"Yes, it was very family friendly and pet friendly. Would've have liked more blankets, a shovel and ice melt. But everything else was great. Did find some food (grapes) under the table, but otherwise clean and ready to use. "

"What I want people to know before booking here is that there is a "cat house" next door--and I love cats, but this is dozens of cats from kittens of three months to six months to dozens of adults. I was made to pay extra because they accept dogs and then couldn't enjoy the property and beautiful weather because the cats are literally hoarding the deck and yard and will NOT go away. Can't get a response from out of state owner."
